This painting resembles a chinese painting. If you look carefully, you will notice all the leaves are also roman alphabets which spells: TANAH TUMPAHNYA DARAHKU.

 

These are Malay words and they are taken from the second line of Malaysia’s national anthem (Negaraku). The words mean: LAND UPON WHICH MY BLOOD IS SPILLED.
