Hallo!

Mein name ist Chang Yoong Chia. Ich bin Kunstler aus Malaysia. Ich bin seit 2. März als Kunstresidenz in der Spinnerei bei LIA Programme mit Zusammenarbeit mit Goethe-Institut meines Landes. Ich wohne hier bis ende Mai. Ich kann ein bißchen Deutsch. Ich bin freundlich aber ein bißchen scheu. Ich möchte die Künstler und Künstlerinnen in der Spinnerei und Leipzig kennenlernen. Leider kann ich jetzt das nicht tun.

Trotzdem versuche ich etwas…
Ich habe an meine Fenster die Wörter “Wie Geht’s ?” geklebt. Ich hoffe das euch die schon bemerkt. Wie geht es euch, liebe Künstlerinnen ? Ich bin da und ich möchte mit euch kommunizieren

Ich habe an meine Fenster 48 freie Plätze. Ihr könnt mir helfen, die zu ausfüllen.
Bitte kontaktiert mich per email, oder Facebook messenger oder WhatsApp und gebt mir ein portrait. Ich werde es als Papierschnitte an meiner Fenster kleben.

Regeln
Nur ein Portrait per Haushalt ist erlaubt. Ausnahme für aktuelle LIA Programme Kunstlerinnen.
Das Portrait musste nur sich Selbst oder ein Familien Mitglied öder ein Freund/in oder ein Haustier oder ein Imaginäre Portrait sein, (das Imaginäre Portrait kann auch schriftlich bescrieben.) Persönlichkeit des öffentliches Lebens ist nicht erlaubt, aber wenn du eins ist, oder ihr kennt eins, dann ist es erlaubt.
First come first serve bis all Fensterplätze ausgefüllt sind.
Das Portrait musste mir nur online senden.

Dann werde ich die Portraits vom Papier geschnitten and ans Fenster kleben. Ich machte dann ein Foto und es euch senden. Die Portraits bleiben am Fenster bis ende meines Kunstresidenz am ende Mai.

Hoffentlich spielt euch mit mir diesem kleinem Project könnten.

Hello!

My name is Chang Yoong Chia. I am an artist from Malaysia. I am here in Baumwollspinnerei Leipzig since March 2 as an artist-in-residence at LIA Programme in collaboration with Goethe-Institut Malaysia. Ice will stay here until the end of May. I know a little lit of German. I am friendly



For a few days now, I have been cutting out alphabets and faces out pieces of paper and sticking them on my window for four days now. I hope the people outside of my window have noticed this. By tomorrow I will stick some more faces and the last alphabets which will form the words "WIE GEHT'S?"

I would like to reach out to the Spinnerei and Leipzig art community online.I would like to "offer" my window space for others to participate. I have 48 empty window spaces which I would like to fill up. Other people can email,facebook message, instagram or whatsapp me their portraits and then I cut out their portraits and stick on my window until my residency ends.

Rules:
A. Only one household is allowed one portrait. Exception is given to current LIA residency artists.
B. The portraits can only be:- yourself, family member, friends, pets or an imaginary portrait. (Celebrity or public figure is not allowed unless you are one yourself or you know of one personally)
C. There is only 48 spaces available. First come first serve.
D. The portrait must be given to me online.
E. Leave a simple message (optional)

After I received the portrait, I will cut the image on a piece of white paper and stick it on the window, if there is a written message, I will write it on the cut out. Then I will take a photo of it and email/facebook/instagram/whatsapp it to the participant.
